Day of tolerance

pilgrimography

Snapshots from Srebrenica. Sometimes our work is so much fun. We supported a mural painting event and “coffee of tolerance” for the international day of tolerance. The slogan reads, “Tolerance is not a foreign word!” (Tongue in cheek since “tolerancija” in Bosnian is in fact a loan word…) Photos were shared widely on social networks. Again my friend M cracked me up. When I mentioned the mural, she said, “Oh, you mean the mural painted by the coalition for the prevention of bias-motivated incidents?” Facebook is a powerful educational tool, don’t let anyone tell you differently!
